Therapist by trade. adventurer by choice.
If you're anything like me, then you believe the quality of our life on earth is greatly enhanced by experiences and not just things. The greatest shifts, in my opinion, is when we are having a different response and experience with situations that are still exactly the same as they ever were.
A meaningful life is not being rich, being popular, being highly educated or being perfect. It is about being real, being humble and being able to share ourselves and touch the lives of others.
Each of us experience a meaningful life quite differently. For some, like myself, having a sense of a meaningful, intentional and connected existence is imperative. Sometimes we just a need a guide, a good idea or to simply do something different.
Simply put; we can wake up. We can create a more authentic vision to integrate effective strategies for intentional change in our lives. We don’t have to live in pain body and struggle. There are choices for alternative treatment options that utilize the best of what technology and healthcare has to offer. There are unique ways to participate in a personal growth process individually or in community.
This is the kind of experience I bring to my clients whether they work with me in a retreat, in a group program or in a 1:1 setting in my practice in Cody, WY. I love helping others make deeper connection with themselves, and others so they can thrive, not just survive. Let me guide you through a change and healing process, that’s sustainable. The big question is…What’s the experience you want to create in your life?

People crave comfort, people crave connection, and people crave community.
It all started when…
I was called back to Hawaii in 2016 after many moons. Inspired to bring back the “Aloha” to Cody, Wyoming, the Lokahi Wellness Center was birthed. It is my greatest hope to bring the Mana of the Hawaii into all healing practices and modalities that I guide to shift the frequency in health and wellness on the Aina (spiritual land) of the Island, Cody and collectively. As the Aloha Lokahi Retreats is expanding with different adventures, teachers, and offerings it’s all about shifting our personal frequency by tuning into a truly dynamic vacation experience. My work of many years with many people and many stories instructs all the different ways that I guide people in their own personal process.
If it’s time for you to do something different, and you don’t live in Cody, come work with me one on one in a personal online coaching process. Or, join us for an Aloha Lokahi adventure at the Ohana in Kona. Stay tuned as new adventures and journeys are being rolled out for 2019 and 2020!
The Meaning of Aloha
Hawaiʻi Law of The Aloha Spirit
§ 5-7.5 "Aloha Spirit". (a) "Aloha Spirit" is the coordination of mind and heart within each person. It brings each person to the self. Each person must think and emote good feelings to others. In the contemplation and presence of the life force, "Aloha", the following unuhi laulā loa may be used:
"Akahai", meaning kindness to be expressed with tenderness;
"Lōkahi", meaning unity, to be expressed with harmony;
"ʻOluʻolu" meaning agreeable, to be expressed with pleasantness;
"Haʻahaʻa", meaning humility, to be expressed with modesty;
"Ahonui", meaning patience, to be expressed with perseverance.
These are traits of character that express the charm, warmth and sincerity of Hawaii's people. It was the working philosophy of native Hawaiians and was presented as a gift to the people of Hawaiʻi. ''Aloha'' is more than a word of greeting or farewell or a salutation. ''Aloha'' means mutual regard and affection and extends warmth in caring with no obligation in return. "Aloha" is the essence of relationships in which each person is important to every other person for collective existence. ''Aloha'' means to hear what is not said, to see what cannot be seen and to know the unknowable.
